Thank you for shopping with Yadman. We take pride in our curated pieces and want you to love your purchase. As a portion of every sale supports our non-profit partner organizations, we operate on a store credit only policy and do not offer cash refunds.

UK Orders
We proudly offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
International Orders
At this time, we do not offer international shipping or accept international returns.

7-Day Return Window
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.

Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued via email within 2–3 business days.
Exchanges
Due to high inventory demand, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may use your store credit to purchase a different size or style.

Damaged or Defective Items (24-Hour Notice)
We maintain strict quality control; however, transit damage can occasionally occur.
Important: 24-Hour Reporting Requirement
If your order arrives broken, damaged, or defective, you must notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery.
Late Claims
Any damage reported after the 24-hour period will be considered normal wear and tear and will not qualify for replacement or store credit.
Approved Claims
If your claim is verified and submitted within the required timeframe:
You do not need to return the damaged item
We will ship a brand-new replacement free of charge

Return Conditions
To qualify for store credit, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition
Items must be returned in their original packaging
Any included pouches, gifts, or promotional items must also be returned
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are made-to-order and cannot be canceled once placed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Yadman reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or an incomplete order, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Items must remain unused and in their original packaging so we can quickly arrange shipment of the correct item.
